TROJAN WELCOMES NEW HUMAN RESOURCES LEADER

SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA- Trojan Battery Company is pleased to announce the addition of Pam Burdi, Vice President of Human Resources. In this position, Burdi will be responsible for leading Trojan's human resources department, which includes functions such as staffing, employee development, training, compensation, benefits management and policy development for both the California and Georgia facilities. Burdi reports directly to Executive Vice President and CFO Joe McCarthy.

"Pam brings an energetic style to the Trojan team. She has worked at several world class companies, and our organization will surely benefit from her experience and enthusiasm," McCarthy said.

Before coming to Trojan, Burdi worked at Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc., Western Digital Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Corporation and Fluor-Daniel Corporation. She has held numerous leadership positions, including Manager, Senior Manager and Director. Burdi holds a BS and an MS in Administration, both from California State University, Dominguez Hills. She also has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
